A jailed drug dealer who allegedly made £41,840 from his crimes has been ordered by a judge to pay back more than £10,000 or face another year in prison, it has been reported.
Mark Broady, 22-years-old, was arrested initially for assault and carrying six wraps of cocaine, according to This is Gloucestershire.
The monetary value put on how much he benefited from his offences was decided by judge Michael Harington.
At the time, his legal counsel claimed Mr Broady had had drug abuse problems since the death of his grandfather in 2006 and he consequently sought drug treatment while awaiting trial.
The offender, who is currently scheduled for release from prison in May 26th, has been told if he defaults on the £11,104 repayment he will have to serve another year's jail term.
