Run by Turning Point, a social care organisation, GASP's new home was officially opened by Councillor Avtar Sandu, the lead member for communites.
A spokesman from Turning Point told the news provider: "The day was a great opportunity for people to find out about the service and how it will benefit the local community."
GASP is entirely managed by a group of volunteers and the charity provides drug addiction support to approximately 320 individuals every month.
Last week, Turning Point chief executive Lord Victor Adebowale welcomed the government's decision not to reduce the Disability Living Allowance in its emergency Budget.
